We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Director of Revenue Operations to ensure that Avinode Group’s revenue generation processes are running efficiently and effectively. This includes managing and optimizing the sales process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, lead scoring, and sales analytics. You will drive the productivity of all revenue-generating teams through improving existing processes, better tooling, and enhanced data accuracy. In this role, you will be working closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive revenue growth; work with the Customer Success team to optimize member onboarding, retention, and upselling processes; work with Marketing to maximize campaigns targeting the right prospects with the right message. As our Director of Revenue Operations, you will provide data-driven revenue insights to the rest of the organization, including OKRs, KPIs, and other performance metrics. This includes creating and managing revenue-related dashboards, reports, and analytics and using this data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Identifying opportunities for improving member engagement and tracking and analyzing member metrics is crucial to ensure the company is meeting its revenue goals.
We expect you to have 10+ years of SaaS experience, including 5+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations Leader. You have vast experience leading a transformational initiative to build out Revenue Operations as a core competency. You have previously designed and implemented sales and member success processes while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy.
