Customer Support Representative, FBO One

What you will do

As an Aviation Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of FBO One, providing exceptional support to our customers around the world. Your primary responsibilities will include solving customer inquiries via email and phone, managing urgent and complex support issues through our helpdesk software, and acting as the voice of the customer. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and other customer-facing teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and addressed. Occasionally, you may need to travel and work on weekends to meet with the team in person and support our customers as necessary.

What you will bring along

We’re looking for someone who has at least one year of experience working at an FBO or in ground handling, with customer-facing experience. You should be obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a start-up mentality, thriving in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments. A constant drive for improvement, curiosity to experiment with new approaches and tools, and a high level of grit are essential. Passion for aviation technology is a must, and you should be ready to get your hands dirty in a startup environment.
