Product Marketing Manager

What you will do

In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing the preference, demand, and sales opportunities for our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing key activities that elevate our market position and drive sales. Your mission will extend to refining the Product Marketing Function by developing and enhancing our processes and ways of working. This will be critical in supporting the usage and adoption of our solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, product, account managers, and onboarding teams, empowering them with the tools and information to effectively communicate and sell our products and solutions.

A significant part of your role will be to develop customer-centric product positioning and messaging that communicates the value of our products, supporting and guiding customers through all stages of the customer journey. You’ll also take the lead in developing our Customer Segments and User Personas, which are vital in creating targeted marketing strategies. Moreover, you will be responsible for orchestrating compelling product launches for new products and features, generating interest and adoption among our user base. Understanding and addressing buyer needs will be key to your role, as you’ll promote our solutions directly to our target audience.

Additionally, you will manage end-to-end, go-to-market plans, working with cross-functional teams to enhance impact and drive successful outcomes. Analyzing market trends and competitive data will also fall under your purview, as you’ll translate these insights into effective product messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market.

What you will bring along

You will bring a comprehensive skillset centered around projects and driving SaaS product marketing efforts, requiring a deep understanding of this domain. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in product marketing or product management is required.

You will be expected to coordinate various projects adeptly while nurturing trust with internal teams and leaders. Prioritizing tasks and adapting to the shifting needs of multiple projects will be a daily requirement. You will also serve as a beacon of inspiration, with the energy and vision to motivate and engage those around you.

Lastly, your toolkit should include a working knowledge of marketing automation; sales enable tools, and CRM systems. A data-driven and analytical approach to marketing is essential.
