We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Specialist to join our team of marketers to help us build stronger relationships with our customers and our teams and departments located in every corner of the world.
As an Event Specialist at Avinode Group, you are responsible for the full experience we create around events with customers and team initiatives. We are looking for an experienced person who can work effectively and lead projects and people successfully. Someone who enjoys building and creating an everlasting impression and great experience amongst the people we interact with. You also need to be a people magnet – influencing and attracting people around you.
You will lead and organize all our external events, and tradeshows with responsibility for the full event-related budget. As our Event Specialist, we expect you to create structure and processes around how we do events and tradeshows successfully. Together with our commercial product & marketing leaders, ensure the event strategy always delivers according to our business objectives. Coordinating and developing the experience for all our internal “all hands” gatherings. You will be driving initiatives to create team engagement and build relationships in our remote workplace. Enhancing our in-office experience together with the operation manager at our offices in Sweden and the US. You will also contribute and enhance the employer branding experience together with HR Manager. Supporting our goal to attract interest and knowledge about our products, solutions, and who we are is also something that you will be doing. As our Event Specialist, you will infuse an additional layer of creativity into the marketing team and how we do things to help us in our desire to change mindsets and an industry.
