Customer Success Manager, FBO One

What you will do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic advisor and main point of contact for our customers. From implementation through renewal, you will guide customers through best practices with FBO One software, train and onboard new customers, and ensure they maximize the value of our product. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will partner with support, product, and engineering teams to ensure feedback is heard and addressed. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate customer churn risks, develop recovery plans as needed, and represent FBO One at industry trade shows and events, enhancing our brand presence.

What you will bring along

We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric, innovative, and a natural leader. You should have at least 2 years of experience in an FBO or ground handling role, plus 2 years of customer-facing experience. Alternatively, you could have 2+ years in B2B SaaS account management or CSM roles. Being tech-savvy with a proven track record of leveraging technology for efficiency is essential. Experience with FBO software and a general understanding of aviation applications like CRM, maintenance, and accounting software will be advantageous. A start-up mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial, as is a curious and experimental mindset, always seeking ways to improve. Additionally, the ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, is required.
