SalesForce CRM Specialist
In this role, you will lead the evolution of our CRM system, working toward company-wide revenue goals. You’ll manage and develop our Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and supporting our commercial teams to maximize the platform’s potential. You’ll define and document business requirements, ensuring our processes are well-supported and optimized.
What you will do
- Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams.
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring a sustainable system.
- Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards.
What you will bring along
You are an excellent communicator who enjoys being a central point of coordination and driving cross-functional efforts. You thrive on brainstorming and collaborating with your team while also being a proactive problem solver.
- •Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred)
- 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to break down complex processes
- Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
