I had the pleasure of working for five years in the charter sales department of an operator in the New York area. I experienced first-hand how stressful it can be to match incoming charter requests with aircraft availability. Especially during the final years of the pandemic, when timeframes became much shorter and charter demand was through the roof, things could get crazy busy.
