Henrik von Mentzer’s new role at Avinode will see him working closely with the relevant area sales managers and product specialists to increase sales and encourage growth in the regions.

Henrik von Mentzer joins Avinode with a wide range of sales and marketing experience in a career spanning 22 years. Most recently, von Mentzer was managing director at ECOonline AB where he was responsible for establishing the company’s business strategy and growing it into a market leader. Other previous roles include senior positions at Stena Line and Citat Solutions AB whilst holding Board Chairman status for two other organisations.

Expanding the payment comfort zone: 200% growth of charter transactions in Paynode.

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN. Paynode – offering faster and more secure air charter payments – was launched as an integrated payment service in Avinode’s marketplace in 2016. In the past 18 months, the platform has evolved significantly and now connects more than 250 air charter companies globally, enabling them to make instant payments within the network. In the first quarter of 2022 Paynode passed the milestone of 150 weekly transactions, meaning the activity on the platform has increased by 200% in the last six months.
