EU Digital Services Act

Avinode is committed to complying with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, DSA). This section includes information relevant to the DSA, including measures we have taken to ensure transparency, accountability, and user protection.

Illegal Content Reporting
You may submit a notice to us if you believe content hosted on our service is illegal under EU law.

How to report illegal content:
Send an email to: [email protected]
Subject line: “DSA Illegal Content Notice”

Your notice should include:

  • A detailed explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal, including reference to the applicable legal provisions
  • The exact location of the content (e.g., listing URL, operator profile link, flight request ID)
  • Your name and email address
  • A statement confirming that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete

 

Next Steps:

  • We will send you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay
  • We will review your notice and decide whether to remove or disable access to the content
  • We will inform you promptly of our decision, the reasons for it, and redress options

 

Transparency Reports
We publish annual Transparency Reports in accordance with Article 15 of the DSA.
Our transparency reports will be published here once available, in accordance with our DSA obligations.
