As Customer Success Director, you will build and lead our Customer Success Team in the Americas region with responsibility for new sales, retaining existing customer and expanding our recurring revenue base for our Flight Operations offering (Schedaero). The Customer Success Team ensures Schedaero customers successfully adopt the products and services with a positive experience, driving growth for Avinode Group through renewals and expansion as well as through new sales.
You will leverage best practices in customer success to build long-term customer centric strategies and process to optimize the revenue generation of the value our products and services offered. As the Customer Success Director, you lead, motivate and grow a diverse high performing team, who is an integral part in how Members perceive our value proposition and delivery.
