    Customer Journey Specialist

    We are looking for a communicative, independent, and analytical Customer Journey Specialist to join our fantastic Customer Experience team at Avinode Group.     What you will do

    Based on established segments and personas, you use customer journey maps to break down customer experience in different stages – from discovering our brand, to being a first-time user, to becoming a repeat customer. These maps help us spot pain points, emotions, and moments of delight that customers undergo when interacting with us. Your role is to customize journey maps to address specific needs and include aspects that are relevant to each case and to create bespoke touchpoint journeys as well as tweak existing experiences. You will collaborate with other teams to create and implement customer journeys towards positive customer and business outcomes.

    • Owning and driving a regular cross-functional schedule of reviewing key customer experience journeys and/or touchpoints with the customer experience team and more widely with other team stakeholders.
    • You will apply an insight-led but action-orientated approach to understanding and documenting the performance of our key customer journeys and touchpoints, working with insight to use an appropriate mix of quantitative and qualitative measurement and data analysis.
    • Regularly report the status of key customer journeys and touchpoints to stakeholders.

You will bring along an excellent understanding of how people, objectives, processes, and systems link. You have a background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams. You have a mindset of continuous progression and adaptability to ultimately promote and embed the use of customer journey mapping in the organization.

    • 4+ years’ experience as a Customer journey designer or equivalent
    • Knowledge and expertise in Project Management and/or Program Management
    • Experience in process improvement methodologies
    • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
    • Working in a cross-functional setting is where you know the magic happens.
    • Great experience in design thinking, agile projects, and lean startup ‘test and learn’ experimentation.

    We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Specialist to join our team of marketers to help us build stronger relationships with our customers and our teams and departments located in every corner of the world.

    As an Event Specialist at Avinode Group, you are responsible for the full experience we create around events with customers and team initiatives. We are looking for an experienced person who can work effectively and lead projects and people successfully. Someone who enjoys building and creating an everlasting impression and great experience amongst the people we interact with. You also need to be a people magnet – influencing and attracting people around you.

    What you will do

    You will lead and organize all our external events, and tradeshows with responsibility for the full event-related budget. As our Event Specialist, we expect you to create structure and processes around how we do events and tradeshows successfully. Together with our commercial product & marketing leaders, ensure the event strategy always delivers according to our business objectives. Coordinating and developing the experience for all our internal “all hands” gatherings. You will be driving initiatives to create team engagement and build relationships in our remote workplace. Enhancing our in-office experience together with the operation manager at our offices in Sweden and the US. You will also contribute and enhance the employer branding experience together with HR Manager. Supporting our goal to attract interest and knowledge about our products, solutions, and who we are is also something that you will be doing. As our Event Specialist, you will infuse an additional layer of creativity into the marketing team and how we do things to help us in our desire to change mindsets and an industry.

    • Have 5+ years of organizing and leading B2B events and tradeshows.

    • Capability to communicate effortlessly in English.
    • Skillful in creating pitches and driving creative processes. Creative skills to translate an idea and concept into reality.
    • Excellent project management skills. Ability to operate in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment.
    • Comfortable multitasking in an ever-changing environment. You like mixing operational and strategic work.
    • You thrive in an environment that is open to change and continuous improvement.

    As a UX Designer at Avinode, you will be joining a small but growing team of designers and play a crucial role in improving the experience for a broad audience in the private aviation industry. You will flex your user-centric muscles and play an important role in discovery, experimentation, and creating seamless experiences for our users.

    What you will do

    • Be a thoughtful voice for our users – we work in an incredibly fun and unique industry and work closely with our customers. They love sharing feedback!
    • Work directly with fellow designers and product owners to shape ideas and craft informed design solutions.
    • Organize and conduct frequent user studies to validate product concepts.
    • Drive the overall user experience in your teams’ product area.
    • Help shape and maintain our ever-evolving design system within Figma.
    • Love experimentation, prototyping, and exploring complex problem and solution spaces.
    • Own copywriting in our products — either yourself or working with a product owner.
    • Help instill a design culture in the company as a whole — we want everyone to value and understand the role of design.

    Who you are

    This is a mid-level design role and you will excel if you have experience with SaaS-based products.

    • You are passionate about creating user experiences that are intuitive and motivating.
    • You can think about the big picture and unifying an experience across multiple products while working on small interface details to make small but valuable improvements for our customers. Most importantly, you think about the user from concept to execution.
    • You love working within a team on a mission and are an expert in collaborating with engineers, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
    • You love creating rough prototypes to vet ideas and have maniacal attention to detail in the finished product.
    • You have experience designing interfaces and interactions for complex web applications.
    • You have experience defining user journeys and complex workflows.
