Data Product Manager
We believe we can make the business aviation industry better by using the data we have from the world’s largest business aviation marketplace and the SaaS tools connected to it.
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Data Team! You will work with Data Engineers and Data Analysts with access to data from the world’s largest business aviation marketplace. Together with fellow “Noders” (that’s what we call ourselves) throughout the company you’ll convert data to insights, commercial products and explore how data can bring value to our customers in the product.
We are strengthening how we work with product. You will be a part of building our product mindset and be a product champion in the company. We believe in Product and Product teams like Marty Cagan describes in his book “Inspired”. Bring your creativity, curiosity, and drive to get things done while inspiring others!
What you will do
- Build deep knowledge of the data needs of our customers, product teams and organization
- Explore how various data, analytics and algorithms can bring value to our customers in the product
- Discover “what is the best outcome for this data and how do we get there?”
- Create consistency in how we work with our Data & Visualisation
- Drive strategic initiatives under the Data and Insights umbrella
- Balance business and user needs to drive the product vision, roadmap and product iterations for your data team
- Bring out the best in the people of the product team you work with
- Understand the goals of colleagues and customers outside your team
- Creatively workshop with Customers and Noders worldwide
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in software, data or product management roles
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data visualization concepts is a plus
- Experience from working as a data scientist and/ or in a data-driven organization is a plus
- Experience with SaaS and B2B software products is preferred
- Proven ability to tell a story with data and to communicate complex concepts
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity – we test and evaluate without knowing what is right!
- English is our corporate language, so it’s ok if you’re still learning Swedish
